Hello! I’m Dr. Jiten Kalyan, founder of Dr. J. Kalyan Medical Aesthetics. My mission is to help patients achieve natural, refreshed, and confident results through tailored medical aesthetic treatments.

With over 20 years of experience as a medical doctor, I have worked extensively across general surgery, plastic surgery, and vascular surgery. I am a member of both the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) and the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP), reflecting my commitment to both surgical precision and comprehensive patient care.

My journey in medical aesthetics began from a genuine passion for helping people feel their best. I believe that aesthetic treatments should be subtle and natural, enhancing your unique features rather than changing them. Whether it’s through anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, microneedling, or minor surgical procedures, I ensure every treatment plan is carefully designed around your goals and needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, cycling, keeping up with the latest aesthetic techniques, and spending time with my young family.
