Welcome to Dr. Kal Skin. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and website (www.drkalskin.co.uk). By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or using our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. About Us

Dr. Kal Skin provides professional skin services including:

  • Minor surgical procedures (e.g. cyst, lipoma, mole removal)

  • Cryosurgery for benign skin lesions

  • Medical aesthetics (e.g. anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers)

  • Thread Vein treatment 

  • Microneedling 

Treatments are performed by Dr. J. Kalyan, a medically qualified doctor with surgical and aesthetic training.

 

3. Appointments & Consultations

  • All new patients are required to attend a consultation before treatment.

  • A refundable booking fee may be required to secure appointments.

  • Treatment is subject to medical suitability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not in the patient's best interest.

4. Cancellation & Late Arrivals

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the booking fee.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling at the clinician's discretion.

5. Medical Disclosure

  • You must provide full and accurate information regarding your medical history, medication use, allergies, and prior procedures.

  • Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment safety and outcomes.

 

6. Treatment Outcomes

  • Results vary based on individual factors including skin type, age, and response to treatment.

  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes and treatments may require follow-up or multiple sessions.

  • Pre- and post-treatment instructions must be followed for optimal results and safety.

 

7. Aftercare & Follow-Up

  • Aftercare advice will be provided following each treatment.

  • You are responsible for following this guidance and reporting any concerns promptly.

  • In most cases, follow-up is included where clinically indicated. Additional review appointments may incur a fee if not medically necessary.

 

8. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless agreed otherwise.

  • We accept debit/credit cards

  • Promotional pricing or discounts must be used within the stated timeframes.

 

9. Refunds & Complaints

  • Treatment fees cover the service provided, including consultation and clinical time.

  • We do not offer refunds for treatments that have been provided in good faith.

  • If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 7 days.

  • We aim to resolve concerns quickly and fairly, and may offer review appointments or corrective treatment at our discretion.

10. Children and Vulnerable Adults

  • We do not provide aesthetic treatments for individuals under 18.

  • All patients under 18 (e.g. for minor surgery) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Safeguarding protocols are in place for all vulnerable individuals.

  • We are committed to protecting your personal data and confidentiality.

12. Intellectual Property
